At ReviewPi, we’re committed to helping you succeed with your online reviews. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you may need to cancel your subscription.

This page outlines our refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for you.

Refunds:

We currently do not offer refunds for services taken. This is because our team works diligently to deliver reviews based on your specific needs and instructions. Once the account creation process is initiated, resources are allocated and work commences.

Cancellations:

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. We’ve made it easy and hassle-free for you to do so:

  1. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button: Simply navigate to your account settings and locate the designated button. A few clicks, and you’re on your way.
  2. No explanations required: We value your privacy and trust, so you’re not obligated to answer any questions about your cancellation decision.
  3. Confirmation email: Once you initiate the cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request.

Important notes:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You’ll retain access to all completed reviews and reports until the end of your current cycle.
  • If you reactivate your subscription within 30 days of cancellation, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of unused days remaining in your previous cycle.
